His Last Command, Our First Concern: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
Our Missions
Windsor is proud to sponsor the following missionaries in reaching the world for Jesus Christ:
CHARLES SIMEON TRUST – (David Helm, Chairman of the Board)
The Charles Simeon Trust was founded in January 2001 by David Helm, John Dennis and Kent Hughes (then of College Church). It was named for Charles Simeon, an evangelical and trainer of preachers in Cambridge, England who ministered for 54 challenging years. The new organization took over managing the Workshops and the Chicago Plan. In 2005, the Trust hired Robert S. Kenney as the Director of Ministries. His job was to begin expanding the work and building the organization. By 2007, the Workshops had grown to 9 locations and the Chicago Plan had grown to 25 students.
Since the founding of the Charles Simeon Trust, the Workshops have continued to grow. In 2011 the Trust began dedicated Workshops for women in ministry. These proved immensely popular and began to regionalize in the United States and Canada the very next year. In 2013 at the direction of the Board of Directors, the Trust began to add Workshops for pastors outside of the US and Canada. Building on new works in India and Cuba, the Workshops expanded to 19 countries over the next four years and continue to grow in the present. (simeontrust.org)

CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOR, COUNTY, STATE AND USA – (Directed by Dr. Dave Coryell)
Christian Endeavor exists to inspire, equip and encourage churches to Biblically develop youth as Christ-centered leaders.
- Inspire – CE inspires people in churches around the world to do ministry with youth. Unleashing the Holy Spirit’s power through teenagers’ lives allows young people grow as they serve. This process also effectively impacts people God places around these young people. CE opens people’s eyes to a discipleship process that invests in building teens into Christ’s likeness. It does this through real impact stories via blog posts, newsletters, email, speaking at public venues, and in any other form the Lord allows. We do this so people all over the world will recognize how “Unleashing Christian Youth” can change the world for Christ.
- Equip – CE coaches adults to come alongside young people in order to help them lead their ministry. This is done through creating relevant trainings in various formats and writing development resources. These resources all lead adults to the place where they can be prepared to guide young people toward meaningful service living.
- Encourage – People become tired doing the most important tasks. Yes, building disciples follows God’s Biblical directive. However, this work becomes incredibly tiring and can cause depression and lost enthusiasm. God provided each person with courage. We need to “en”-courage people so that they don’t become “dis”-couraged. CE carries out the encouragement step by having team members available to listen or answer questions via various communication forms. CE also encourages by sharing victories that are occurring and reaching out with periodic contact to lift up youth workers who are carrying out CE.
CITY GATE RESCUE MISSION – (Directed by Jim Davis)
Opening in August of 1980, The City Gate Mission would be the answer for men released from Chester County Prison as an alternative to the streets, and for sinners in the Coatesville area to have a tangible daily evidence of God’s love.
COUNTY CORRECTIONS GOSPEL MISSION – (Directed by Jack Crans)
County Corrections Gospel Mission is a Christian mission partnering with Bible believing churches. We serve people groups involved in or affected by the Criminal Justice System. These include at-risk communities and agencies most impacted by family breakdown, crime and the increasing loss of moral consensus and order in society. We initiate and implement quality, biblically based programs which address the lives and specific needs of these people groups by incorporating evangelism, discipleship and mentoring activities with the purpose of maturing Christian servant-leaders. We strive to duplicate our effective local model nationally and internationally. (countycorrectionsgospelmission.org)

GOOD WORKS – (Directed by Bob Beggs)
We are a Christian nonprofit organization whose mission is: Transforming lives by repairing homes for low-income families and sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ. Our services are currently offered to homeowners in central & northern Chester County, PA. Repairs are provided at no cost to the homeowners and volunteers do most of the work.
Our goal is to see the inhabitants of these homes rise above their level of poverty and experience a rich measure of hope, joy and dignity through being cared for and knowing that their circumstances matter to their community and to God. We believe that everyone benefits when people from different races, cultures, and backgrounds join together in a common purpose. (goodworksinc.org)
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
HARVEST USA – (Mark Sanders, President)
Our Mission: Harvest USA brings the truth and mercy of Jesus Christ by helping individuals and families affected by sexual struggles and by providing resources that address biblical sexuality to individuals and churches.
Our Purpose: To partner with and equip the Church in bringing the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to transform the lives of those affected by sexual sin.
Our Story: Harvest USA began in 1983 as an outreach ministry in Center City, Philadelphia to care for those affected by the AIDS crisis. Founded as a ministry to those particularly struggling with same-sex attraction, Harvest USA has since expanded its outreach to include those who struggle with sexual issues of all types.
Today, the larger mission of Harvest USA is two-fold. First, Harvest USA seeks to be a resource to the local church, equipping individual congregations and the Church at large to better care for and disciple those affected by sexual brokenness. We provide excellent resources through our blogs, videos, seminars, presentations, and books to support and strengthen the Church. Second, Harvest USA is committed to providing one-on-one discipleship and support groups for men, women, and parents in its’ Philadelphia office. (harvestusa.org)
PHILADELPHIA PARK RACE TRACK MINISTRY – (Chaplain Rick Bunker)
“What does a Chaplain do at a Race Track?
A Chaplain ministers, but in a closed setting. The setting is the difference. The ministry – sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in word and deed – is the same.
Each week the Chaplain conducts bi-lingual worship services. The biggest service of the week is on Wednesday Evening. It is called Chapel n’ Chow because we always share a meal as well as worship. In the closed setting of the track most of the workers do not have access to the church and community outside of the track so the Chaplain and the Chaplaincy are the one access to worship, discipleship, and fellowship.
The Chaplain facilitates a food pantry, health services, transportation, educational opportunities, counseling, Bible studies, daily devotions, devotional material, clothing, bedding, and much more. The Chaplaincy provides everything a vital Christian community provides with the help of dozens of volunteers……..
“Christ’s love compels us… We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors as though God were making His appeal through us.” 2 Corinthians 5:14 and 20
For nearly forty years, God has kept His hand on the work at Philadelphia Park, displaying His love through those who care. The future of the work is bright, because God continues to shine His love upon it. (rtca-pa.org)
TRANSFORMED WORLDWIDE MINISTRIES – (Directed by Paula Harris)
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8 NKJV
Transformed Worldwide Ministries is a teaching ministry and outreach to women. Our desire is, “Empowering Women through His Eternal Word.” We expound, exhort, and empower through the Word of God so others may know Christ and be transformed into His likeness. Our ministry goes beyond just sharing biblical principles; we give practical direction in how to apply those principles in one’s daily walk. TWM has an impact for the Kingdom of God by addressing true needs of women. In reaching women, we realize we also reach the ones they love.
We realize that transformation is the work of the Holy Spirit and not of ourselves. We are instruments in Jesus’ hands. In 2 Corinthians 3:5 NKJV it states, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God.”
TWM is a 501c(3) non-profit organization. It is staffed with a Board of Directors, Ministry Coordinators, Prayer Partners, and many volunteers who work together to keep things flowing smoothly and to keep standards high and in accordance with God’s vision for the ministry. Our staff has a passion for seeing individuals know Jesus Christ and be set free from the bondages placed on them by the enemy. We are here for you. Please use this website and share it with others. We always welcome your comments and suggestions concerning how we may better serve you. Donations of any amount are appreciated to continue the work of this ministry. (twmforjesus.org)

JOHN & DEBBIE COATS – CAMBODIA
The Coats have ministered in Cambodia for many years and have a strong love for those they serve. They live in the rural village of Mesang and travel to Phnom Penh as need be. They now find themselves increasingly visiting other provinces and other Christian workers to help them overcome health problems so they can serve the Lord more fully. These are usually health issues that they have had for some time and haven’t been able to get help from other health practitioners.
