Our COVID Guidelines
Our new guidelines (below) for worshipping together will be effective Sunday, May 23rd:
As per recent recommendation and progress in fighting Covid-19, the use of masks during worship by Windsor Baptist Church is now optional. We still have a strong desire to protect one another from catching the virus, so we urge all attendees to think of others in love as Christ would do when you make your choice to wear a mask or not. Some of our members cannot take the vaccine, so as we come together in worship or other gatherings, we should remember that and act so that we limit the spread of the virus. The goal is still to vigilantly protect the health of the congregation as a whole and specifically individuals at enhanced risk. We also want to set an example for the community around us. Individuals who still want to wear masks may do so according to their individual needs. Everyone should take appropriate precautions to love others as brothers and sisters in Christ.
WBC leadership still urges that all persons, vaccinated or not, using the example of Christ’s love, be aware of others around them and be aware of the symptoms of Covid. If anyone should get the symptoms of Covid, colds, or flu, we urge you to remain in self-quarantine until clear.
If you prefer to worship with us from home, you may join through our livestream, Sunday at 10 AM.
