January 2021 Update
Current Project Status
As we look outside and see the first significant snow fall of 2021 laying on the ground, the Building Committee eagerly awaits the warmer weather and spring conditions that will allow site work to begin.
Between winter and COVID, there has not been too much dirt moving around quite yet. But that does not mean that God is not working behind the scenes in preparation.
On a project detail level, Horst has begun ordering material for site work and Cornerstone is working to finalize building plans for township submittal.
Spring will be here before we know it. Please continue to wait in expectation and pray that the weather would be favorable for us to start site work as soon as possible. We ask that you also persistently pray for God to provide the remaining funds that will allow the start of the building construction to closely follow the conclusion of the site work.
What’s Ahead in February
- Our General Contractor (Horst) will obtain permits to initiate Land Development activities.
- Architect (Cornerstone) to finalize building plans to be submitted to Upper Uwchlan Township for code compliance and review.
- Windsor plans to coordinate with Styer Propane on removal of the underground propane tanks.
